We make returns simple and easy so that our customers never have to worry about shopping with us.

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cheques & e-transfers. All through our self-serve portal

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.


  • Your item must be unused.
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Item is returned using priority (delicate) shipping.
  • You have receipt or proof of purchase.

Denial of returns:

  • Item is not in its original condition.
  • Item is not in its original packaging.
  • Item is not returned using priority (delicate) shipping.
  • It Is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns occurring more than 14 days after date of delivery.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly follow up to notify you whether or not the return has been approved or rejection for a full refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for a second time. If still no sign, contact your credit card company because it usually takes some time on their end before your refund is officially posted. If still nothing, contact your bank and inquire about any delays. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and well be more than happy to help you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us using delicate shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not-refundable. We will not be return shipping and handling costs which occurred at the time of purchase. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, shipping dates of arrivals will vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you must use trackable sensitive shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
